This isn't just a visa blog

A few of the early posts here are about visas and moving abroad, simply because that’s what we were going through when we started writing. But that’s not the point of this place.

What this actually is

The Oddballs started as a side thing, separate from our day jobs — five of us talking about whatever we’re currently figuring out. Sometimes that’s a visa. Sometimes it’s a spreadsheet, a gadget, a habit, a bad decision we’d rather you skip.

If one of us learns something the hard way and it’s worth sharing, it goes here. Topic and destination are just tags — Misc exists for exactly the stuff that doesn’t fit a neat category yet.
